We pride ourselves on being a Canadian company as well as a family owned business. Founded 45 years ago by René Ouellet, known as the “Builder Who Listens” is a licensed carpenter and R2000 certified. In 2018 René Ouellet Jr. who has been building custom designed homes, along side his father for 25 years, took ownership of the business and updated the name to A&R Design Build.

Or, if you wish, we will build your foundation and frame the house, allowing you to get in there yourself and swing the hammer, taking the project to completion on your own terms and schedule. Maybe you just want a foundation built and an A&R Design Build high quality home package delivered to your job site – that can also be arranged.
Custom Build
Full customization services are also available. We have in house ability to modify an existing plan, customize a Viceroy style home or use your own design to create a custom dream home. A&R Design Build, your partner, will make your vision a reality.
