Waterfront Rules Decide What You Can Build
Conservation authority sign-offs and waterfront approvals shape the footprint long before a design does. So does the septic bed, the well, and how a driveway can reach the site at all.
We will do a zoning review before you commit to a design — or to a property. On a waterfront lot that review is often the difference between the cottage you pictured and the one the setbacks allow, and it is far cheaper to learn it now.
