Building Custom Homes Since 1973

Cindy

At long last I have the forever home of my dreams. A&R Design Build worked with me start to finish – from accommodating my construction loan restrictions through design, build and final touches. They are also quick to take care of any issues that come up since taking possession in June 2020.

Building from scratch is not for the light of heart, it tests you on every level, but overall it was a positive experience with a magnificent result. The whole team – Rene (owner), Lawrence (sales), Dan (foreman) and Joan (admin/finance) were a delight to work with and have my deepest gratitude.

We are very pleased with our new home by A&R Design Build.  Lawrence was very patient in the initial stage answering our numerous questions and changes. Once construction started, we were impressed with the workmanship and the scheduling.

Rene answered our questions along the way and has a great crew!
We love the end result.

My experience with the entire team was terrific, and I was delighted that the timeline for the build was followed.  I was very happy with the cleanliness of the job site during construction, the quality of the work, and the prompt response to any concerns or questions that I had.

Thank you Rene A&R Design Build

Kim and Gord

We are very happy to write this letter of recommendation for A&R Carpentry. From the initial meetings at the Sales Office, and then throughout the construction process working with Rene and his team, we were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, experience, responsiveness and commitment to quality displayed by everyone involved.

Although it was a complicated process to get all the approvals in place and permits necessary to start construction, A&R took it all in stride, and kept us updated throughout the process.  We couldn’t be happier with the end result, and would highly recommend A&R Carpentry to anyone considering a home building project.

Sincerely,
Kim and Gord
