Pre-Consultation
We start by listening. We learn about your vision, needs, lifestyle, budget and timeline.
Site Visit & Evaluation
We visit your property to assess conditions and determine the best location for your new home or cottage.
Custom Design
Bring us your ideas, or let us design a custom home that reflects your lifestyle and fits your lot and budget.
Preliminary Plans & 3D Renderings
We create preliminary drawings, elevations and 3D renderings so you can see your future home come to life.
Planning & Permit Approvals
We assist with planning applications and handle all the permits and inspections, so the process is smooth and stress-free.
Exterior Selections
Choose your exterior finishes with expert guidance in our Design Centre — siding, stone, roofing, windows, doors, trim, decking and more.
Interior Selections
Work with our interior design team to select cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, plumbing, millwork and all the finishes that make it yours.
Site Preparation
Lot clearing, blasting, excavation, septic, well, driveway and foundation preparation.
Construction
Our skilled team and trusted trades bring your home to life with careful planning, quality workmanship and consistent communication.
Framing Walk-through
We walk through your home together before drywall to review every detail and confirm layouts, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and upgrades.
Final Walk-through & Possession
We complete a final inspection, review all features, sign the Tarion warranty forms and hand over the keys to your new home or cottage.
Beyond Move-In
We’re here for you after you move in. Every build comes complete with a 7-year Tarion structural warranty, manufacturer’s warranties and our 1-year builder warranty — for complete peace of mind.
